Job Description:
Opella is seeking a Cyber Risk Specialist to join its Governance, Risk & Compliance team in Hyderabad. The role involves managing third-party risk, designing risk assessment frameworks, communicating cybersecurity policies to vendors, and supporting capability-building initiatives. You will ensure regulatory compliance, monitor supply chain vulnerabilities, and contribute to the organization’s cybersecurity resilience and operational integrity.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance or risk management
- Experience with third-party risk management and vendor assessments
- Knowledge of cybersecurity policies, frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
- Proven ability to develop and communicate policies and training programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Hands-on, pragmatic problem solver with a positive attitude
Qualification:
Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields
